A Multi-Cloud world is a reality. This session will discuss how technologists can re-engineer their software to take advantage of the strengths of multiple clouds while at the same time minimize overhead. Issues of storage, compliance, PaaS / IaaS lock in and platform agnostic architectures, R&D strategies shall be discussed.

Andy Nallappan is the Chief Security Officer and Head of Software Business Operations at Broadcom Software, responsible for Cloud Platform Engineering, Cloud Operations and Services, DevOps (CI/CD/CT), DevSecOps, Cyber Security, and Software Engineering Operations. Throughout his long career with Broadcom (via HP, Agilent, and Avago), Andy has held a variety of key leadership positions overseeing Enterprise Applications, Enterprise Infrastructure, Data Center management, Customer Support Platforms, and Fab applications.   Andy was the Global Chief Information Officer of Broadcom until November 2020, where he ledseveral successful M&A integrations and delivered significant performance improvements of Broadcoms SaaS offerings. Through empowerment and simplification, he seamlessly deployed and scaled intelligent automation solutions while enhancing the customer, supplier, and workforce experience.   Andy continues to disrupt the tech landscape, driving cost down and value up. He is a pioneer that evolved Broadcom’s IT function into the industry leader it is today.
Sri Narasimhan has skills of strategic thinking, senior global sales and marketing executive with a proven track record of success across both public and private technology companies. A metric driven, customer facing leader with a hands-on approach—placing heavy emphasis on rigor and process to drive market share, gross revenue and EBITDA. He is a strong proponent of corporate governance, business fundamentals and mentorship as cornerstones of building successful enterprises and developing successful leaders. Sri has held key leadership roles at Accenture, Hewlett Packard, Symantec, Adobe and privately held organizations.
Monty Bhatia is the Vice President of Global System Integrators within VMware’s Strategic Ecosystem and Industry Solutions organization. He joined VMware in early 2022 and is an accomplished IT executive with 25 plus years of experience in managing and delivering multimillion dollar technology solutions across many vertical and horizontal markets. Monty brings deep expertise in the areas of Cloud Computing (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS), software development, enterprise architecture (EA), product management, web applications, and organizations approach to sustainability. Monty brings a wide array of professional capabilities to VMware such as building strong client and business relationships. Prior to joining VMware, Monty was the Americas Sales Leader for GSIs and Global SAP partner leader at AWS. Monty is a life-long dedicated Dallas Cowboys fan. He lives in Palo Alto with his wife, daughter, and 3-year-old Cavalier Poodle named Tara. He and his daughter enjoy golfing together at the beautiful, yet challenging, courses in the area.
Ronen Schwartz is a business executive with deep experience in business, strategy, and technology innovation. He is senior vice president and general manager responsible for accelerating NetApp’s Cloud Storage business across hybrid and multicloud and expanding NetApp’s Cloud Data Management Services. Before joining NetApp, Schwartz was executive vice president, Technology and Eco-System, Operations and Strategy at Informatica and senior vice president and general manager of Informatica Cloud, leading Informatica Cloud product strategy, product management and go-to market. During his 14 years at Informatica, he helped lead the company through its own transformation from on-premises to the public cloud, from license revenue to recurring revenue. Schwartz joined Informatica from the acquisition of Itemfield, where he managed sales operations, services and support. Prior to Itemfield, Schwartz managed international, large-scale EDI implementations, SWIFT gateways and payments hubs. Schwartz holds a Bachelor of Science cum laude, in Information Technology from Technion -Technological Institute of Israel and a Master's cum laude in Business Administration from Tel Aviv University - Recanati Graduate School of Business. Ronen was born in Haifa, Israel and lives in Palo Alto, CA. He and his wife Sigal have a full house with their three kids: Carmel, Daniel and Liam. In his spare time, Ronen likes to run, travel the world and read. Ronen is also a fanatic soccer fan and a whiskey enthusiast.
