Generative AI @ Scale: An MLOps Perspective

Dr. Pandian Angaiyan heads the technology office for Tech Mahindra’s Enterprise Technology SBU as CTO based out of San Jose office.

He has decades of experience in incubating & leading computing businesses based on niche technologies, which gives him the right tools to lead disruptive digital transformation initiatives for Tech Mahindra’s customers.

In his previous role, he has lead the Cloud Innovation Business for a global consulting company where he has played the role of Cloud Transformation Partner for several customers, helping define their cloud strategy, building a minimum viable products and eventually transforming them into full- fledged solutions. 

He also incubated and built platform based Cloud services group and established ‘High Performance Computing Practice’ with integration and acquisition of niche technological expertise and provided a differentiating solution benefiting major customers. Dr. Pandian has two decades of experience in various computing technologies starting from embedded systems all the way to hyper scale architectures.

Dr. Pandian has a Ph.D., in symbolic and numeric computational algorithms for real time applications from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore and has a Masters of Technology in Computer Engineering from Mysore  University.

Hagay Lupesko is the VP Engineering at Mosaic ML and is on a mission to make ML training more efficient and accessible. Prior to Mosaic ML, Hagay was a Director of Engineering at Meta AI, where he led machine learning engineering and applied research to deploy state- of-the-art AI systems at a massive scale, and powered key businesses and user experiences across Meta's platforms. Hagay has also led Deep Learning Engineering teams responsible for building deep learning systems and tools to help engineers and scientists leverage artificial intelligence in their services and applications. Earlier in his career, Hagay engineered and shipped products across various domains from 3D medical imaging, through global-scale web systems, and up to deep learning systems used at scale by engineers and scientists worldwide. Hagay has a Masters degree from Tel Aviv University in Computer Science and Bachelor of Computer Science degree from Ben Gurion University.

Mark Pluta is currently Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Blume Global, a leader in global logistics and digital supply chain solutions. At Blume Global, Mark leads AI platform development and science teams, and drives architectural strategy for the cloud-, AI- and machine learning-based Blume Digital Platform. Prior to Blume Global, Mark was SVP, Head of Business Products for Infosys/Edgeverve. He has also worked in leadership roles at Marsh ClearSight, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Manhattan Associates, Netscape and Andersen Consulting. At Manhattan Associates, he was Chief Architect for all Manhattan products, including TMS and end-to-end visibility. He has a B.S. in engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign
