At Sutter Shared Services (S3), Lee oversees the organization’s strategy for Supply Chain Distribution in both acute and non-acute locations. He is responsible for the stock, store and issue of an array of medical and non-medical supplies across multiple service lines.
Lee has 25 years of global Supply Chain experience in both the public and private sectors. During his tenure with the US Air Force, he oversaw both tactical and strategic planning in logistics, distribution, and inventory management across a wide-range of commodities, often while embedded in a combat zone. As Sutter Health’s Supply Chain Unit Lead during COVID-19, he led strategic efforts to source, purchase and deliver PPE and critical items, resulting in zero stock outs during the pandemic. Lee earned his Master’s Degree in Performance Improvement, magna cum laude, from Grantham University and has certifications in Lean Six Sigma and as a Project Management Professional (PMP).

Ed Macko is the Global Vice President and General Manager for Healthcare & Life Sciences (HCLS) industry. In his role(s), Ed works with clients worldwide to leverage information technology to solve critical business problems. Ed provides strategic technical and business leadership to drive digital transformation across the HCLS clients (commercial and academic hospitals, health plans, pharmaceutical, biotech, and government) including working with strategic business partners. Some of Mr. Macko’s activities include technical and digital business strategy, architecture, business development, presales client engagement, product development, and industry standards. This includes leveraging capabilities like Cognitive Computing, AI / Machine Learning, Automation, Security and Blockchain across solutions for Enterprise Health Analytics, Population Health, Real World Evidence, Consumer Engagement, Fraud, Supply Chain, Clinical Trials Optimization and Translational Medicine. These solutions and capabilities spanning various data domains across the continuum of care (clinical, financial, administrative, genomics, consumer, social determinants, etc.). My expertise includes strategy, architecture, development, deployment and support across hybrid , multi cloud environments in a highly regulated environments (e.g. HIPAA, HITRUST, GxP, GDPR, FISMA). Ed received a bachelor’s degree with honors including a double major in information systems and business administration with a minor in Computer Science from Appalachian State University. He has worked for IBM for the past 25+years in product / solution development, business development, and client engagement roles including last 15 years as the HCLS CTO. Ed previously worked as a Software Engineer for NASA and commercial airline industry.

She is responsible for all aspects of the supply chain, including procurement, strategic sourcing, informatics, logistics, distribution, vendor management and equipment/asset management. She has more than 30 years of diverse industry experience from High tech to medical devices and a proven track record in driving cost reductions and complexity with exceptional strategic direction, supporting dynamic growth, implementing new initiatives, improving operational efficiencies and driving supplier diversity. Currently, she serves as the Board of Punjabi Chamber of Commerce (PCC). Adept at achieving solid business outcomes through collaborative leadership, strategic analytics, and complex problem solving to remodel supply chain with eminent strategies.
Pinak Shah is currently working as SVP, Chief Supply Chain Officer for OSF Healthcare System, Peoria,IL – a 15 hospitals system in Midwest America. He is accountable for providing leadership in strategic sourcing & contracting, overseeing procurement, and supply chain management. Pinak has led the leadership of the Pointcore Supply Chain, LLC (a for-profit arm of the Health System). Pinak comes to OSF from Johns Hopkins Health System, where he was the senior director of the supply chain. He has over 25 years of experience leading in supply chain contracts negotiation, procurement, distribution processes, and technology solutions. One of his key accomplishments included building a consolidated service center in less than 12 months for Johns Hopkins Health System and Northwell Health. This project led to the consolidation of supply chain and logistics for hospitals. Pinak earned his undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering at Shree Bhagubhai Mafatlal Polytechnic in India. He received his Master’s in business administration from the National Institute of Management, an affiliate of The International University in India.
