Hrish is a Co-founder and CEO at SuperWorld. Previously, he co-founded Rogue Initiative Studios, a Hollywood film, TV, gaming, and immersive entertainment studio. He was also the founding Managing Partner of Eastlabs, an early-stage VC fund based in Kyiv, Ukraine. Previously, Hrish was a Senior Business Developer and Global Evangelist at Toptal (backed by Andreessen Horowitz, the Rockefellers & the co-founders of Facebook and Zynga), a venture capital investor at Spencer Trask Ventures, and an investment banker at both UBS Investment Bank and HSBC Securities, where he specialized in public finance, corporate finance, and M&A. He also was an Associate in the Global Business Development Group at management consulting firm Hewitt Associates. Hrish was born in India and grew up in the United States. He also has spent many years living around the world in Europe, Asia, and South America. He has a close connection to the people and cultures in Ukraine, Belarus, Russia, Spain, France, Vietnam, China, Colombia, Bali, and Thailand. Hrish holds a BA in Political Science from Rice University and both an MBA and MPH from University of Illinois at Chicago. In his free time, he enjoys working out, fashion photography, and traveling the world.
Ganesh is an accomplished business executive, entrepreneur and investor, with deep expertise in data and artificial intelligence (AI) related businesses. He is passionate about using technology to solve the biggest challenges for humankind and is a believer in the power of AI to augment human potential. He is an advocate for ethical use of data and AI, and using technology as a global equalizer to create opportunities for all. He is currently the Founder of Autonomize AIm an AI Solutions company and Stories in AI, an edu-tainment venture, and consults for several Fortune 500 organizations on Data & AI strategy. He is an investor and advisor for several companies including Credo AI, OpsLab, Advanced Scanners, SuperWorld, Piggy Capital, Stonks and Laureti Motor Corporation. He previously co-founded and scaled Molecula Corp, a data management company, and led growth and commercial scaling at CognitiveScale, Inc, an Enterprise AI company. Prior to that he spent a 15 year career spanning Dell Technologies and Intel Corp. A frequent keynote speaker, he is published at Forbes, Business Insider, Fast Company and other publications and was honored by the Enterprise Management 360 as one of the top 10 tech experts revolutionizing AI. Ganesh holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Calicut, India, and an MBA from McCombs School at the University of Texas Austin.
Sandy Carter is Senior Vice President at Unstoppable Domains. In this role, she is responsible for driving partnerships for blockchain based identity platforms for Web3. Previously, Sandy was Vice President at AWS. In this role, she was responsible for driving next-generation partnering in cloud, machine learning and blockchain. Sandy is the Chairman of the Board of Girls in Tech, and adjunct professor at CMU Silicon Valley. She is founder of Women of Web3. She is a Top 100 Chief Tech Leader, Federal 100, Fortune Most Powerful Women, CNN Top 100 In Technology, Verdicts Top 10 AI & Cloud Computing Influencer.
Richard Socher is the founder and CEO of You.com, the search engine that puts you in control — Your sources. Your time. Your privacy. Richard previously served as the Chief Scientist and EVP at Salesforce. Before that, Richard was the CEO/CTO of AI startup MetaMind, acquired by Salesforce in 2016. Richard received his Ph.D. in computer science at Stanford, where he was recognized for his groundbreaking research in deep learning and NLP. He was awarded the Distinguished Application Paper Award at the International Conference on Machine Learning (ICML) 2011, the 2011 Yahoo! Key Scientific Challenges Award, a Microsoft Research Ph.D. Fellowship in 2012 and a 2013 "Magic Grant" from the Brown Institute for Media Innovation, and the 2014 GigaOM Structure Award. He also served as an adjunct professor in the computer science department at Stanford. Outside of work, Richard enjoys paramotor adventures, traveling, and photography.
