Daniel H. (Don) Callahan is an executive partner at Bridge Growth Partners and serves as executive chairman of TIME, where he is leading a comprehensive digital transformation of this iconic media brand. Acknowledged internationally as a leader in both the financial services and technology industries, Mr. Callahan was most recently the chief administrative officer and global head of operations and technology at Citigroup. He retired from Citigroup in December 2018 and now serves on the boards of Tata Consultancy Services, Ltd., WEX, Inc., Kore AI, Capco, and Accedian, a Bridge Growth Partners-backed company. At Citigroup, Mr. Callahan managed a complex set of businesses and services spanning more than 100 countries, a multi-billion dollar operating budget and critical systems infrastructure including the bank’s cyber security initiatives. He most recently led a top- to-bottom transformation of operations and technology, helping move the global bank from a collection of independent and dispersed entities into a lean, fully integrated enterprise.
Greg Lavender is Senior Vice President, Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and General Manager of the Software and Advanced Technology Group (SATG) at Intel Corporation. As CTO, he is responsible for driving Intel’s future technical innovation and research programs. He is also responsible for defining a singular artificial intelligence software stack to support Intel’s range of business and hardware offerings. Lavender joined Intel in June 2021 from VMware, where he served as senior vice president and CTO. He has more than 35 years of experience in software and hardware product engineering and advanced research and development. Before VMware, Lavender was managing director and CTO for Cloud Architecture and Technology Engineering at Citigroup, where he led the global transformation of Citi IT to adopt modern mobile technology, cloud IaaS and PaaS, big data and advanced analytics, high performance computing, and agile software development models. Lavender holds a Bachelor of Science in computer science from the University of Georgia, and a Master of Science and Ph.D. in computer science from Virginia Tech.
