Jackie Jung is Vice President of Global Operations Strategy and Center of Excellence (COE) and Chief of Staff at Western Digital. Jackie is a passionate leader with proven success in transforming organizations through technology adoption, business process improvement and culture change. Jackie leads the company’s 4th Industrial Revolution (4IR) transformation, delivering world class operational excellence, augmenting workforce, and driving sustainability implementation in global operations with a footprint of 18 factories across 6 countries. Jackie has been a part of the Western Digital organization for nearly 26 years and has held various positions throughout the company’s numerous mergers, acquisitions, and transformations, including a 5-year assignment in two of the company’s offshore factories. She has held positions in process and product engineering, program management, and manufacturing operations. She is an experienced leader in all stages of the product lifecycle – from design, verification, product ramp through to volume manufacturing. A recognized strategist on the cutting edge of technology, Jackie has received numerous awards. Most recently, Jackie led Western Digital’s advanced manufacturing sites in Malaysia and Thailand to be named the 1st World Economic Forum (WEF) “Lighthouse” in each respective country, demonstrating each site’s advancement and implementation of 4IR technology. Individually, she was a recipient of Connected World’s “2021 Women of Technology” award. Jackie earned a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from Stanford University. She also attended Stanford’s Graduate School of Business Executive Education for Strategy and Organization. Prior to this, Jackie earned her Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from UCLA. She is based at the company’s San Jose, CA headquarters location.

Matthew Lekstutis is the Global Managing Partner, Global Supply Chain Consulting Practice & Center of Excellence for Tata Consultancy Services. He has over 20 years of experience as an industry executive and advisor. Mr. Lekstutis helps clients capture business performance improvement opportunities and drive growth by enabling new business models and technologies across the supply chain. Mr. Lekstutis has deep functional expertise in Enterprise Transformation, Supply Chain, Strategic Sourcing, Operations, Merger Integration and Enabling Technologies. He has worked with customers globally to provide insight into the driving issues and dynamics across many industries, including aerospace and defense, automotive, consumer goods, diversified industrial, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and retail. He is a frequent contributor of articles and blog posts on the transformation of supply chain management to digital supply network management and speaks regularly at industry conferences and summits. Mr. Lekstutis’s prior experience includes senior leadership roles at A.T. Kearney, General Dynamics, PwC, and ZIN Technologies. Matt earned his Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Webb Institute and his MBA from the Harvard Business School.
Karthik leads Invitae’s Global Products and Technology organization, including Research and Development of Invitae's testing products across all arcs, Data and Digital platform and services, Information Technology and Information Security. Previously, Karthik served as chief operating officer at GE Digital and COO for GE’s Industrial IOT and Data Platform. In addition, he has held leadership roles in platform technology companies including PayPal, eBay, Magento,?Yahoo! and Barclays following his early career at GE.? Karthik serves on the Steering Committee of the World Economic Forum’s Digital Platform and Ecosystems group and also on the board of directors for Junior Achievement of Northern California. He holds a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters in Chemistry from BITS, Pilani, India; a Masters in Industrial and Systems Engineering from The Ohio State University and a dual MBA from Columbia Business School and University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
Resilinc CEO Bindiya Vakil is credited with bringing supply chain risk management into the mainstream. Vakil has helped transform the way that global organizations approach supply chain visibility and risk; driving them to shift from reactively addressing catastrophic supply chain events to putting preventative solutions in place through monitoring, mapping, and planning. She is a founding member of the Global Supply Chain Resiliency Council and a member of the Advisory Board of MIT Center for Transportation and Logistics.
Vakil holds a master’s degree in supply chain management from MIT and an MBA in Finance. She was named Supply & Demand Chain Executive’s inaugural Woman of the Year and has appeared on nationally syndicated TV, radio and print media speaking on the topic of supply chain resiliency.
