Jigna Shah is VP, Management & Finance, a member of Jacqui Guichelaar’s Digital Enterprise Solutions Senior Leadership Team. In leading the Management and Finance team, Jigna is responsible for the strategy, transformation, delivery and operations of Cisco’s core ERP and non-ERP platforms and services. Her team drives the effective and efficient operation of Order to Cash, Accounting and Close, Financial Planning and Performance Management, Treasury, Legal, Procurement and Cisco’s Leasing and Financing business. Jigna started at Cisco as an IT Engineer where she designed and developed various Channels business systems. She has played several leadership roles in Cisco IT in Sales Finance/Sales as well as in the Enterprise Data space. She led the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) transformation program on the Teradata platform and the IT effort for establishing the EDW platform within the enterprise data model for Financial Measures.  In her most recent role, she led the Incubation and Scaling as well as SaaS Operations services and was instrumental in commercializing ~200 new business model offers across the Commerce Lifecycle. Jigna is passionate about accelerating transformation, innovation and process simplification, experience led design, solving business problems with use of technology, and using the power of data and insights to influence key business decisions.  Jigna has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering and MBA in Finance. In her personal time, she enjoys traveling, hiking and practicing yoga.
Lori Harmon is a strategic leader who helps customers maximize their return, drives sales innovation and empowers teams in a digital era. She is also the author of the book 42 Rules for Building a High Velocity Inside Sales Team and a frequent speaker on topics related to sales, sales enablement, inside sales and AI in sales. Currently, Lori is the Vice President of Global Renewals & Customer Success at NetApp. Prior to NetApp, Lori was Vice President of Sales at BlackBerry, Ltd. Prior to BlackBerry Lori held a number of executive sales leadership positions at high tech companies such as Contrast Security, VeriSign, Melbourne IT, Interwoven, Brio Software and Network General. Ms. Harmon holds a BS degree in Information Systems from Appalachian State University.
