About This Talk
Archana is responsible for IBM GTS' offering strategy, development and management. She leads a global team delivering agile and intelligent technology solutions for public and private sector clients in support of their digital and cloud transformation. She is also part of the core leadership team responsible for defining the mission and growth plan for IBM Global Technology Services and Kyndryl, a planned spin-off recently announced by IBM; which is by far the global leader and innovator in managed infrastructure services.
Previously at IBM, Archana led IBM's Networks Services and Project & Implementation Services globally, securely delivering agile, resilient and intelligent networks for public and private sector clients across the globe in support of their cognitive and cloud transformation.
Prior to joining IBM in January 2018, Archana led next-generation technology initiatives at a variety of organizations from start-ups to major consulting firms to government, including serving as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for Washington, DC.
Through her career, she has championed innovation with a focus on developing flexible, scalable solutions for client and organizational problems.
Archana is the recipient of several honors, including the Washington Business Journal's C-Suite Award, The Washingtonian Tech Titan Award, StateScoop's Golden Executive of the Year Award & Top Women in Tech Award, as well as DC's Top 50 Women in Tech Award.
Monti Becker Kelly is Senior Vice President of Customer Engagement and Strategy for 7.ai. She is responsible for the growth strategy of the company's integrated cloud AI technology which combines contact center expertise and industry leading conversational AI to deliver great customer experiences.
She brings an extensive record of success and is frequently recognized for innovative go-to-market strategies and breakout growth in digital Cx transformation, cloud technology and global BPO market. Prior to joining 7.ai, she has led large multi-billion dollar divisions at several global BPO and digital technology organizations including Teleperformance, Sitel and Concentrix.
She is focused on bringing DE&I to the forefront of business conversations. Monti is a member of the National Coalition of 100 Black Women and has led key initiatives focused on elevating women in leadership in business and technology. She has been published in INC Magazine, Contact Center Weekly, Marketing Daily Times, Credit Union Times, and most recently in O Magazine and Oprah.com. Her story is a part of the Delilah TV series being produced by Oprah Winfrey Network, based in Charlotte NC. She serves as a Lead Mentor and on the Board of Directors for Women Executives for Community Service and on the Diversity & Inclusion Task Force for PACE, Professional Association for Customer Engagement. She is a featured speaker in the Cx industry and on many topics for DE&I.
