Chief Customer Success Officer,

Mini Suri recently joined, a Conversational AI company as Chief Customer Success officer. She comes from Uber where she was the COE Lead for Intelligent Automation managing Robotics Process Automation (RPA) , Intelligent extraction and Conversational AI strategy. She was responsible for the automation of manual processes to support business functions across Uber to help bend the cost curve. Prior to that she was the Senior Vice President at Citi managing Citi’s Services Strategy 2020 using automation by implementing and adopting niche technology products such as Chatbots, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence. In addition to this role, Mini managed Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Electronic Signature Engineering and Delivery Management for Cloud technology and DevOps enablement. Mini completed her MBA from MIT at the Sloan School of Management. She has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Anna University, Chennai, India and a Master of Science in Information Technology from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. Mini is passionate about Women's initiatives, The Hunger project to eradicate world's hunger, Quality Education to under-privileged Children, advices young entrepreneurs with their startups. Have been very involved with FIRST Robotics and STEM education for middle and high school girls.
