Suzanne Graeser is a Partner in the Corporate Finance Group of Morrison & Foerster’s Palo Alto office and serves as the West Coast chair of the firm’s Emerging Companies & Venture Capital Group. Ms. Graeser has over 20 years experience representing start-up and later-stage emerging companies and venture capital investors, focusing on the information technology, life sciences and cleantech industries. Her practice emphasizes entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, and executive compensation. Ms. Graeser has extensive experience representing limited liability companies and limited partnerships in their funding and operations. Ms. Graeser advises clients in connection with complex merger and joint venture structuring, financing and executive compensation alternatives, as well as general business matters. Ms. Graeser is a former Chair of the Executive Committee of the Business Law Section (“BLS”) of the California State Bar and was formerly Co-Chair of the Corporations Committee of the BLS. Ms. Graeser received her B.A. degree from Claremont McKenna College and her J.D. degree from the University of California at Davis.
