Entrepreneurs Bazaar Attendee Guidelines Welcome to TiEcon’s Entrepreneurs Bazaar. Listed here are a few guidelines designed to facilitate interactions between Entrepreneurs, VC’s and Service Providers. E-Bazaar session times: | Day/Date | Bazaar Session 1 | Lunch | Bazaar Session 2 | Mixer | | Friday May 16, 2008 | 11:00 am - 1:00 pm | 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm (served inside the Bazaar main hall) | 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm | 4:00 pm in the Bazaar Hall |
For Entrepreneurs: - Please register at E-Bazaar Registration Desk on time (sent to you by confirmation email).
- You will be given Welcome package and an Appointment Card. Your Appointment card will contain all the appointment details.
- If you are not registered by your registration time, system will consider you as "No Show" and will automatically assign your slot to a waitlisted entrepreneur.
- Please note your appointment will be 10-60 minutes after registration time.
- When your appointment time is displayed, please join the queue at the check-in desk.
- A buzzer will sound 15 min into your appointment as a reminder to conclude discussions within next 5 min.
- After appointment, please exit VC area and fill out the feedback form for lucky draw of a Mega prize at 4 pm Mixer event (must be present to win!).

For Venture Capitalists and Service Providers - Please collect your TiEcon 2008 badge at the main registration and proceed to the Entrepreneurs Bazaar Hall.
- VC: Please check-in at the Sponsor check-in desk 15 minutes before your assigned session time and you will be given a VC package containing entrepreneurs’ profiles.
- Each Entrepreneur will be assigned 20 min appointments with you.
- A buzzer will sound 15 min into your appointment as a reminder to conclude discussions within next 5 min.
- After your session, fill out the feedback form for lucky draw at 4 pm Mixer event (must be present to win!)
- Join us at Mega Mixer at 4:00 pm. We will unveil hottest startups participating E-Bazaar during the Mixer.
- Service Providers: Entrepreneurs will directly approach the booths. You are encouraged to make follow-up appointments with them.
- You will make round table presentations every half hour. The schedule for these presentations will be provided to you prior to the event.
- Fill out the feedback form for lucky draw at 4 pm Mixer event (must be present to win!).

Lunch and Special Mixer Event: - As a participant to Entrepreneurs Bazaar, you are invited for an exclusive lunch in the Entrepreneurs Bazaar area. (Please show the sticker on your badge to be identified as E-Bazaar participant).
- You are also invited to the Entrepreneur/Sponsor mixer event at 4:00 pm in the Entrepreneurs Bazaar area.
- E-Bazaar Volunteers are available to answer your questions at any time.
