Entrepreneurs Panel: The New Startup – How to Raise Smart Money and Apply Lean Start-up Principles

Session Time: 05/13/2011 10:00 am - 11:00 am

A startup is a human institution designed to deliver a new product or service under conditions of extreme uncertainly. A business model describes how your company creates, delivers and captures value or in other words describes how your company makes money. Your startup is essentially an organization built to search for a repeatable and scalable business model.

In this session you will get to learn about what it takes to get it right, how do you raise smart money, how much, when etc. You will learn the principals of a lean start up. It is not so much about being frugal as it is about speed and time to market and about customer adoption.
